Caregiver Support — Support groups for caregivers to share information, insight, advice and encouragement. These sessions are an opportunity to learn from others who face the same challenges, and allow you to talk about your experiences.

Recovery Support Group — this is a support group for those overcoming addiction.  It utilizes the 12 step model of recovery but focuses on the spirituality of each step.

Cancer Support — Having cancer can be isolating. Even if you’re surrounded by friends and loved ones, you may feel that no one understands what you’re going through. That’s why it can be helpful to join a support group attended by people who face a similar diagnosis, or are in your peer group.  Specialized male/female/fluid groups are hosted throughout the year.

Spirituality & Art therapy — individuals explore their emotions, improve self-esteem, manage addictions, relieve stress, improve symptoms of anxiety and depression, and cope with a physical illness or disability using art and spirituality as tools.

Lectio Divina [Divine Reading]  — Lectio Divina, literally divine reading,’ is an ancient Christian practice of praying the Scriptures. During Lectio Divina, a person listens to or reads the text of the Bible with the ‘ear of the heart,’ as if he or she is in conversation with God, and God is suggesting the topics for discussion. The method of Lectio Divina includes moments of reading (lectio), reflecting on (meditatio), responding to (oratio) and resting in (contemplatio) the Word of God with the aim of nourishing and deepening one's relationship with the Divine.

Labyrinth Walking — Labyrinths have been used worldwide for over 4,000 years. They represent pilgrimages, symbols of a journey both inward and outward. The single path labyrinth allows you to enter a space where you can feel safe and vulnerable. Unlike a maze, a labyrinth is not a problem to be solved. There are no decisions to be made. You just experience a walking meditation knowing the path will take you safely to the center and when you are ready, it will lead you back out into the world. Walking the labyrinth can help us with challenges in quieting our minds and be a tool for prayer and meditation to help us be more centered with our thoughts. Walking it requires an open heart and an open mind.
